Taking the pain out of program and portfolio management
The challenge
The client needed to better manage its reform programs as well as oversee more than 40 continuous improvement programs.
The solution
Our partner worked with the client to develop a tool to manage programs and portfolios in ThoughtWeb. The tool was implemented at all levels: inputs and deliverables, risk and issue management, benefits realisation, governance, project health, reporting and meetings.
The outcome
The solution has delivered clarity and alignment of effort, and a clear line of sight from portfolio level down to programs, projects, activities and outputs. The management tool has been extended to additional programs across the organisation.
