Your usage of this web site may evolve as needs in the impacted region change:
- Phase ONE The initial emergency response to save and protect lives and to survey damage (Current)
- Phase TWO Making sure the survivors have essentials including water, food and shelter (Urgent)
- Phase THREE Relocating the homeless to secure housing, restoring their self-sufficiency, and rehabilitating their livelihoods. (This is the long-haul û as the world starts to forget).
