The objective is to give you personalized and highly relevant, up-to-date knowledge and situation awareness so you can be effective and efficient in doing what you can to support the tsunami relief and recovery effort.
Your usage of this web site may evolve as needs in the impacted region change:
- Phase ONE The initial emergency response to save and protect lives and to survey damage (Current)
- Phase TWO Making sure the survivors have essentials including water, food and shelter (Urgent)
- Phase THREE Relocating the homeless to secure housing, restoring their self-sufficiency, and rehabilitating their livelihoods. (This is the long-haul û as the world starts to forget).
